 SUMMARY

Work with all areas of manufacturing to assist with the over build of a specified job.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following, other duties may be assigned

  • Repairs molds to customer expectations.
  • Rebuild and repair manifold systems.
  • Light welding and spotting, willing to train.
  • Complete assembly tasks per the lineup.
  • Identify and report any needed materials or components that are not available to complete lineup tasks.
  • Communicate progress and status of tasks by leaving a written lineup at shift-end.
  • Verify work order items and pre-shipment checklist tasks are performed and completed.
  • Occasionally required to work onsite at Cascade to provide support as needed.
  • Perform the necessary in-process quality checks for specified operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school degree or equivalent; 2+ years’ experience in plastic injection tooling required. Knowledge of water and hydraulic systems with experience operating manual machines preferred.
